Requirements:

• Higher education degree
• Proven knowledge Java 8+, Spring, Spring boot, SQL and Linux
• Experience with microservices
• Proven track record within a lead/architect role
• Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Strong communication and customer facing skills
• Required Technical Skills
  Java / Spring / Spring Boot / PL/SQL / Linux / Microservices / Web Services / REST API / AWS
• Polish at the native level
• Fluent English

Responsibilities:

• Producing innovative and simple solutions to complex problems
• Leading the team of developers and helping resolve internal conflicts

Specialist will have to complete:

• End client’s documents
• End client’s background check process prior onboarding
• Client’s background check after onboarding
